• Payment information — processed by Stripe; Ovation never stores your card details
• Spotify track data — the songs you select during the campaign flow, retrieved via the Spotify API
• Campaign data — package selection and order details

We use the data we collect to:

• Process and fulfil your campaign order
• Send transactional emails (order confirmation, sign-in link, campaign updates)
• Respond to support requests
• Improve our service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

Ovation uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on Ovation's servers.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Spotify API — used to search and retrieve track information. No Spotify account data is stored.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for campaign and account data.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at ovationplaylists@gmail.com.
