Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. About Ovation

Ovation is a playlist promotion service that connects independent artists with playlist curators. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ovation. By submitting a campaign, you confirm that you own or hold the necessary rights to the music you are promoting. Ovation reserves the right to decline any submission at its discretion.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are listed in euros and are charged per song per package. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise Ovation to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Prices are subject to change. Any change will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

4. Refund policy

If our campaign managers are unable to secure playlist placements that meet the targets of your chosen package, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.

Refunds are not available for campaigns where placements have already been delivered, even if listener counts fall below expectations after the campaign ends. If you believe your refund request is valid, contact us at ovationplaylists@gmail.com.

5. What we deliver

Ovation guarantees that all playlist placements are sourced from real, human listeners. We do not use bots, artificial streams, or any method that violates Spotify's Terms of Service. Stream counts and listener numbers may vary depending on playlist activity and cannot be guaranteed to a specific number beyond the targets stated in your package.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Ovation to promote:

  • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Music containing hate speech, incitement to violence, or illegal content
  • Tracks that violate Spotify's content policies

Ovation reserves the right to cancel any campaign and issue a refund if submitted content is found to violate these conditions.

7. Intellectual property

Submitting music to Ovation does not transfer any ownership or licensing rights to Ovation. You retain full ownership of your music. Ovation will only use submitted track information for the purpose of pitching to playlist curators.

8. Limitation of liability

Ovation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the campaign in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Ovation after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will always display the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
