Deleting your account

If you ever want to close your Ovation account, you can do so from Settings. Since this is permanent, here's exactly what happens before you go through with it.

Deleting your account

At the bottom of Settings, under "Danger Zone," hit "Delete account." To confirm, type "DELETE" into the field that appears, then hit "Delete account" again. You'll be signed out immediately and redirected to the homepage.

What happens to your data

Your personal information, name, email, profile photo, and billing details, is permanently removed. Your campaign history, invoices, and support tickets are kept, since we're legally required to retain financial records for tax purposes, but they're no longer linked to any identifiable personal information.

This action can't be undone, so make sure it's what you want before confirming.
