How subscriptions work

A campaign runs for 30 days from the day it goes active. After that, your songs come off the playlists. A subscription keeps them on the same playlists for as long as you want, for a monthly fee.

What it costs

Each month, you pay the same amount you paid for the songs in your campaign. For example, if you paid €39.99 for one song on the Premium package, your subscription is €39.99 a month. If your campaign had two Premium songs and you paid €39.99 and €31.99 with the volume discount, it's €71.98 a month.

Your price is set when you start the subscription. If our package prices change later, your subscription price stays the same.

When you're charged

Your first charge depends on whether your campaign is still running when you start:

• Your campaign is still running: nothing is charged today. Your first payment is on the day your campaign ends, so you never pay twice for the same days, and your songs stay up without a break.
• Your campaign has already ended: your first month is charged right away, and your campaign manager puts your songs back on the playlists from your campaign.

After that, you're charged once a month, counted from your first payment. Subscriptions are paid by card, and your card is stored securely by Stripe, our payment provider.

What a subscription covers

A subscription belongs to one campaign and covers every song in it, except any song that was refunded. Each campaign can have one subscription at a time. If you have more than one campaign, you can start a separate subscription for each of them.

You can start a subscription on any campaign that is active or completed. If you don't see the option on one of those campaigns, contact your campaign manager through Campaign Support on the campaign page.

Cancelling

There's no minimum term. You can cancel at any time, and your songs stay on the playlists until the end of the month you've already paid for.
