Everything about your subscriptions is on your Subscriptions page, linked from the dashboard sidebar.

Your subscriptions

The Subscriptions page lists every subscription you have, with its songs, monthly price, the date of the next charge, and its status:

  • Starts soon: your campaign is still running. Your first charge is on the day it ends.
  • Active: your subscription is running and renews every month.
  • Ending: you've cancelled. Your songs stay on the playlists until the date shown, then come down.
  • Payment failed: we couldn't take this month's payment. See "If a payment fails" below.
  • Ended: the subscription has finished.

Subscription details

Click a subscription to open it. You'll see the monthly price, the date of the next charge, the songs it keeps on the playlists, and how many playlists each song is on.

Below that is every month you've paid. "Invoice" opens a printable invoice that you can save as a PDF, and "Receipt" opens the payment receipt from Stripe. Your subscription invoices are also on your Invoices page, next to your campaign invoices.

Cancelling

You can cancel in two places: flip the switch off on your campaign page, or hit "Cancel subscription" at the bottom of the subscription's details. On the campaign page, you'll be asked to confirm first.

Your subscription doesn't stop straight away. Your songs stay on the playlists until the end of the month you've already paid for, then come down. You won't be charged again.

Changing your mind

Until that date, you can undo the cancellation. Flip the switch back on, or hit "Resume subscription" in the details. You don't need to enter your card again, and your songs stay up.

After that date, the subscription has ended. You can start a new one from the same campaign at any time. Your first month is then charged right away, and your campaign manager puts your songs back on the playlists.

If a payment fails

If we can't take a monthly payment, for example because your card has expired, your subscription shows "Payment failed." Stripe emails you a link to update your card and tries the payment again over the following days. Your songs stay on the playlists while it does.

If the payment still doesn't go through, the subscription ends and your songs come off the playlists. You can start a new one from your campaign page whenever you like.

Changing your card

When your card is about to expire, Stripe emails you a link to update it. To change your card at any other time, contact your campaign manager through Campaign Support on your campaign page.

Next, learn how to update your account details, like your name and profile photo.
