Starting a subscription

You can start a subscription from the page of the campaign whose songs you want to keep on the playlists, or from one of the emails we send before and after your campaign ends.

Turning it on

Open your campaign from the dashboard. What you see below the campaign header depends on how long your campaign still has to run.

More than 10 days before your campaign ends, you'll see a row that says "Keep these songs on the playlists," with the monthly price and the date of your first charge. Flip the switch on the right to start.

In the last 10 days of your campaign, and after it has ended, you'll see an orange card instead. It tells you when your campaign ends, or that it has ended, with the monthly price and the date of your first charge. Hit "Keep it running," or "Start it again" if your campaign has ended.

Confirming your card

A window opens with the monthly price and the date your subscription starts. Enter your card details, then:

  • Hit "Confirm" if your campaign is still running. Nothing is charged today. Your card is saved for the first payment, on the day your campaign ends.
  • Hit "Pay and start" if your campaign has already ended. Your first month is charged right away.

Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app or with a code. If you close the window before you finish, no subscription is started and nothing is charged.

Once it's running

The switch is on, and the row shows your monthly price and the date of your next charge. The status badge at the top of your campaign changes to "Subscription."

A campaign with a running subscription

Starting from an email

We email you about keeping your songs on the playlists about 10 days before your campaign ends, and again about 3 days before. If you don't start a subscription, we email you once more about 2 weeks after your campaign has ended. The email that tells you your campaign is completed has the same offer. You don't get these emails for a campaign that already has a subscription, or one you've cancelled.

The button in the email opens a page for that campaign, and you don't need to sign in. It shows your songs, the playlists they're on, the monthly price, and the date of the first charge. Hit "Keep my songs on the playlists," enter your card details, and confirm, just like on your campaign page.

The link works for 60 days. After that, sign in to your dashboard and start the subscription from your campaign page.

To stop these emails, hit "Stop these emails" at the bottom of the email or the page. This stops every email about keeping your songs on the playlists, for all your campaigns. Emails about your orders still arrive.

Starting from the Subscriptions page

Your Subscriptions page is linked from the dashboard sidebar. Until you have a subscription, it lists every campaign you can keep running, with its monthly price and the date of the first charge. Click one to open its campaign page, then start it there.
